Amazing Recipes, Full of Incredible Knowledge!
I absolutely love this book! The recipes are super simple to follow along and taste amazing! Fresh, nutritious and insightful, I highly recommend this book to anyone who is on a holistic healing journey. I love how this book really lays out the science behind food and gives easy to follow pointers for stocking your home kitchen to help live a long life.
